Camper totally distains the customer. I ordered shoes a month ago. No delivery. No response. Customer service is voice mail, and sometimes not even voice mail, and will never call back. Do business with a company which cares. Not Camper.
I am so sorry to hear about your bad experience with the Camper shoe company. I do not know your outcome of your purchase but if you paid with a credit card, not debit, you can contact the credit card company and dispute the transaction. Sometimes these small shoe companies are great with the final product but their strong points are not the business side of things, especially customer service. I try to deal with larger companies like Amazon, Zappos, and Endless who may charge a little more than others but offer better protection like shipping guarantees and no questions asked returns.
